Press Release: DietDemand Weighs in on Diet Soda Debate: Is it Good or Bad?

Salt Lake City, UT, May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diet Soda as an alternative to regular soda for those with diabetes or are wanting to lose weight has been a popular drink for decades as far as taste and purported benefits are concerned. Additionally, while a diet soda may offer fewer calories in one sitting, these sweeteners have a direct impact on our brain’s desire to eat, thus playing a role in overeating and snacking. All in all, drinking diet soda probably isn’t going to be a magic bullet when it comes to weight loss. When you factor in the additional risks, drinking diet soda on a regular basis just isn’t worth it. For diet help that truly works, DietDemand offers full-scale diet planning on your beh...
