Printify.me’s print‑on‑demand model gives creators flexibility, but it also means the platform handles returns and replacements differently than traditional retailers. This guide breaks down everything you need to know about refunds, reprints, reporting issues, and modifying orders.
Reprints and Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, Printify.me will provide a free reprint or refund. You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include your order ID and clear photo proof.
Why Returns and Exchanges Aren’t Supported
Because each item is printed only after it’s ordered, Printify.me cannot accept returns or exchanges. If an invalid address causes a delivery failure, you may receive a refund for the product price.
How to Report an Issue
Use the support email listed in your order confirmation. Include your order ID and photo or video evidence showing the issue.

Editing or Canceling an Order
To request an address change or cancellation, contact the Printify.me support email listed in your order confirmation.

Note: Once an order is submitted, product changes are not possible.
