The House Budget Committee works on the House Republican budget plan to enact their and the president's agenda, including tax cuts and spending cuts. There is a reported deal to get a few crucial conservative House Republican holdouts who wanted deeper spending cuts to support it.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gets more questions about the path to ending the war between Russia and Ukraine and whether the Trump Administration has made concessions to Russia even before talks begin.
