World Health Organization Video: Universal Health Coverage Partnership: What is it?
Since 2011, the Universal Health Coverage Partnership (UHC Partnership) has been assisting countries to strengthen their health systems through a primary healthcare-oriented approach to UHC. Expanding from 7 to over 125 countries, the UHC Partnership now covers nearly half the world's population and is one of WHO’s largest platforms for international cooperation, enabling countries to make more informed health decisions through technical guidance, advocacy, policy dialogue, and community engagement.
The UHC Partnership's flexibility, supported by long-term donor contributions, allows WHO to address health priorities where and when it matters, in times of both calm and crisis. With over 145 Policy Advisors, the UHC Partnership actively shapes national policies and scales local health programmes, with progress tracked through a Live Monitoring Platform.
Since its founding, the aim of the UHC Partnership has been to improve health and well-being for all irrespective of race, wealth, religion or gender.

World Health Organization Video: Primary Health Care: What is the political economy around PHC-oriented reforms?
A primary health care (PHC)–orientation of health systems is both a technical and a political process. It may require policy reform and the redistribution of resources and roles, which will inevitably encounter both support as well as resistance. The political economy around PHC–orientation considers “who” might support or oppose certain aspects of a reform, as well as “how” and “why” they might support or oppose them.
Find out more about WHO's work to explore the political economy of PHC-oriented reforms through a series of country cases developed as part of WHO's PHC Implementation Solutions Initiative at https://www.who.int/teams/primary-health-care/evidence-and-innovation/primary-health-care-implementation-solutions-initiative#:~:text=WHO%20launched%20the%20Primary%20Health,up%20PHC%2Doriented%20health%20systems.

Medicine Video: Physical Therapy and Hydrodissection for Knee Pain | Alanna's Story
Alanna Craig was determined to make the most of her senior year soccer season at The Johns Hopkins University. But recurring knee pain was keeping her on the sideline. That brought her to the sports medicine experts at Johns Hopkins Rehabilitation Network. Her team of physical therapists and her primary care sports medicine physician, Dr. Mo Emam, helped her address the cause of her knee pain and regain strength to comfortably run. After exhausting all non-surgical approaches, Dr. Emam performed a hydrodissection of her knee, which gave her more mobility and more range of motion. Both leading up to and after the procedure, Alanna worked with physical therapists to get back to full strength and back on the field. #kneepain #johnshopkins #hydrodissection
