FRESNO, Calif., April 15, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lo B. Nestman has been named President of Premier Valley Bank (PVB), a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA, Inc., effective April 15, 2019.
Nestman brings nearly two decades of banking leadership experience to the Premier Valley Bank executive team.  Most recently, he served as Region president for Wasatch Bank, a division of Zion’s First National Bank in Utah.
