Received this email today. After I input the IMEI in the registration page [google.com] and went through the questions and chose $100 cash payment, I got a case ID and it says, "A member of our support team will get back to you within 3 weeks. After you register through Payoneer, if your cash payment is approved, then you will receive a ACH payment within 10-18 days".
