Pishue says the data shows that Southbound commuters from North of Seattle are having the hardest time, as the I-5 Express lane is only open to Northbound traffic, to make up for the Northbound lanes that are closed until August 15th. “It can start picking up as early as four or five in the morning.” Pishue said.
