"At the end of the day, I think the market probably wanted a little more and was a little bit worried about sequential guidance in their theme parks," Forcione says about Disney's dip following its earnings report. Despite the mixed results, he tells Madison Mills, "the longer-term opportunity is still there," pointing to the overall growth of the company's direct-to-consumer segment of its entertainment business. He adds that while Disney's parks and cruise businesses slowed, they still "provide a very, very unique experience to consumers" that should not be overlooked. "I have no concerns over this business over the longer term," Forcione says, explaining that there are "tremendous opportunities for expansion and invigoration in terms of new attractions," on the horizon. A Houston-bound Boeing 737-800 plane operated by Southwest Airlines returned safely to Denver International Airport on Sunday after an engine cover fell off and struck the wing flap, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. In recorded air traffic control audio, one of the pilots said that “several passengers and flight attendants heard something loud hit the wing.” In a statement to CNN, Southwest said passengers would take another plane to Houston and would be approximately three hours behind schedule. “We apologize for the inconvenience of their delay but place our highest priority on ultimate Safety for our Customers and Employees,” the statement said.
